(AP) -- Fiorentina secured a third straight win in the Europa League but fellow Italian side Napoli's 100 percent record came to an end as Europe's second-tier club competition resumed with the third round of group games Thursday.

Juan Vargas' 38th-minute strike earned Fiorentina a 1-0 victory at PAOK Salonika and a five-point lead in Group K.

Napoli was one of five other teams to have opened the group stage with two wins but slipped to a 2-0 defeat at Swiss team Young Boys in Group I, with Guillaume Hoarau and Leonardo Bertone scoring second-half goals.
