Kameda beats Manakane to keep WBA title

YOKOHAMA, Japan (AP) Koki Kameda of Japan retained his WBA bantamweight title on Wednesday with an unanimous decision over Indonesian fighter Nouldie Manakane.

Kameda dominated throughout the 12-round bout at Yokohama Arena in his fourth defense of the title he won in December 2010.

Kameda improved to 28-1 with 17 knockouts while Manakane fell to 24-11-1 (15 KOs).
